Our Board of Directors is committed to driving our Mission. The elected Leadership Team (President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Social Media), and the Executive Committee make up AAREP BA’s leadership.

The Board consists of accomplished professionals who have demonstrated leadership and success in various sectors of the real estate industry. They may include real estate agents, brokers, developers, investors, attorneys, lenders, and other professionals who are committed to driving positive change and empowerment within the African American real estate community.

Each member of the Board of Directors contributes their unique perspectives, insights, and industry knowledge to help shape the organization’s vision, strategy, and initiatives. They are responsible for setting goals, establishing policies, and making informed decisions that align with the organization’s mission and objectives.

Beyond their individual achievements, the Board members also possess a strong commitment to community engagement and advocacy. They actively work to address the specific challenges and barriers faced by African American professionals in real estate, such as access to capital, mentorship opportunities, networking, and career advancement. Through their collective efforts, they strive to create a more inclusive and equitable industry landscape.
